    i have autel md802 after update not working come massage: THE VEHICLE PROGRAM IS NOT AUTHORIZED, PLEASE OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION

     Hi, the language of the software is English. It may not match with language of the tool. Please advise the target language that you need. Thanks!

     Hi, your device is already in English language. If there is still authorization problem, please confirm if you've downloaded the update for this tool via the correct ID. 
    If you need other language please advise. Thanks!

     Hi dear friend
    acuallay I have two devices of the same prodect, and unfortunately I did the update for the one of them using the serial of the second one!

    And  idont know the seriale numer of the one that  I face the problem with , because the label of the device was removel, and I cant access in the device.

    So please help me.
